Chicagoland Buddy Walk Funding Request form

Please submit the request form no later than October 12, 2025. All decisions will be made by November 30, 2025.

Rules for funding request:

  1. The organization must pertain to Down syndrome
  2. Must be a not-for-profit organization
  3. Must present a plan for how the funds requested will be used
  4. Must be located within the Chicagoland area
  5. Have a presence at the walk. A table will be provided and it must be manned from 11a-2p.
  6. Must promote the Chicagoland Buddy Walk to your email list and on social media
