iPad Grants

Thanks to our wonderful walkers and sponsors we are able to announce the continuation of our iPad Grant program.

We will be giving out 5 iPad grants to our walker families. We know that having the right technology can help an individual with Down syndrome achieve greater knowledge, independence and more!

Download and fill out the PDF application to be considered for 1 of the 5 iPads we will be giving away this year. These are intended to help our walker’s lives through education and assistance.

To be eligible:

• Family must attend the 2015 Buddy Walk & have at least one individual with Down syndrome living in the same household
• Live in the United States
• iPads will ship on or after Oct 30, 2015
• The Chicagoland Buddy Walk will be awarding 5 iPads
• Please note we do not offer tech support
• Not a previous winner
